Staff said this was fixed in my bug report a while back:
It’s unreasonable for them to re-apply an action just because your appeal was denied, and if this is still happening, it definitely needs to be fixed. Additionally, we have to acknowledge that the messages you wrote were clearly discriminatory, so I don’t think there’s anything Customer Support will do once they see the violation.

The appeals team isn’t AI, and in that case I think your ban is justified considering they adjusted the action accordingly. But good luck.

An asset I had that got moderated on October 11th got another warning today, despite the asset obviously not existing anymore from the previous moderation.
Sent off an appeal for the duplicate warning the moment I found out, but I doubt anything will get fixed.
In short, Roblox is still sending off duplicate moderations, even on assets that no longer exist.
i think i might be having a similar issue? got false banned a while ago. it was resolved recently until i got banned for the same reason despite having done nothing wrong; i believe it could also be a duplicate ban

Thanks for your report. We reviewed our systems, and did not find any systemic issues related to this case. We’re unable to comment on specific moderation cases on dev forum, since this is not the correct channel for appeals.
