- What do you want to achieve?
I am requesting a full manual review of the termination of my account, NeroCrafted, and asset 93894806538985.
My main goal is to have the termination fully reviewed and reversed, and my account reinstated. I did not knowingly misuse Roblox systems or use the identified script for any prohibited purpose.
I also want Roblox to explain what specific behavior inside the script caused the enforcement action. The current moderation notice identifies the script, but it does not explain what the script allegedly did.
I am not asking Roblox to reveal private moderation systems or detection methods. I am asking for enough information to understand the violation, respond to it properly, and correct or remove the script if necessary.
- What is the issue?
On August 2, 2026 at approximately 1:58 PM, my verified account, NeroCrafted, was terminated for “Misusing Roblox Systems.”
The account moderation notice identifies the following experience:
Experience: FORGOT MY EXAM
Place ID: 18757202309
A related moderation notice identifies the following asset:
Asset name: NPC Animation Player
Asset ID: 93894806538985
Violation: Misusing Roblox Systems
The identified script was used for NPC animation functionality.
I did not knowingly create, upload, or use the script to exploit Roblox, bypass platform restrictions, gain unauthorized access, interfere with Roblox services, manipulate platform systems, or perform any other prohibited activity.
Roblox identified the script involved, but the notice does not explain what behavior inside it caused the termination.
It does not identify any specific function, API request, external request, service, line of code, or prohibited action.
Knowing the name of the script is not enough to understand what Roblox determined it was doing or why the entire account was permanently terminated.
The termination also prevents me from accessing the experience through Roblox Studio. Because of this, I cannot:
-
Inspect the identified script
-
Review its source code
-
Check where it came from
-
Review the experience version history
-
Remove or correct the script
-
Provide the script contents for review and clarification
I also attempted to retrieve the experience information through Roblox’s Games API. The API returned:
“User is moderated”
This prevents me from checking information such as the experience creation and update timestamps through that method.
The experience existed publicly before the enforcement action and was played by multiple YouTubers. I have included two videos below showing the experience being played publicly.
These videos confirm that the experience existed and was publicly playable before the termination. I am not claiming that the videos prove the experience was never updated afterward, because I currently cannot access the relevant publication history.
My account is verified and has existed for approximately eight years. It is connected to my development work and is currently my main source of income.
I understand that account age, verification, and financial impact do not exempt an account from Roblox policies. However, permanently terminating the account without explaining the actual prohibited behavior leaves me unable to understand the decision, defend myself properly, or correct the supposed issue.
A permanent account termination is an extremely serious enforcement action. I am requesting confirmation that the script’s actual contents and behavior were reviewed before the termination was upheld.
- What solutions have you tried so far?
I submitted an appeal through the official Roblox Appeals process.
Support ticket: 178381919
In my appeal, I requested a complete manual review of the account termination and asset 93894806538985.
I explained that the asset was intended for NPC animation functionality and that I did not knowingly use it for any prohibited purpose.
The appeal was denied.
The response did not explain what code or behavior inside the script violated Roblox’s rules. It also did not confirm whether the script contents and actual behavior were manually inspected.
The moderation page states that only one appeal can be submitted regarding this decision. This means I cannot submit another appeal containing additional evidence or clarification.
I reviewed every moderation notice available to me. The notices identify the experience and script but do not provide an actionable explanation.
I attempted to access the experience through Roblox Studio, but the terminated account cannot access it.
I attempted to retrieve the experience information through the Roblox Games API, but it returned “User is moderated.”
I am posting here because the official appeal did not address the central issue and I currently have no other clear way to request a technical review of the script or the termination decision.
Requested resolution
I am requesting that Roblox staff:
-
Escalate the termination to a team capable of reviewing the actual contents and behavior of asset 93894806538985.
-
Confirm whether the script’s source code and actual behavior were manually reviewed.
-
Identify the specific behavior that qualified as “Misusing Roblox Systems.”
-
Review whether permanent termination was justified based on the script’s actual behavior.
-
Reverse the termination and reinstate NeroCrafted if the script did not perform prohibited behavior or if the enforcement was incorrect.
-
If prohibited behavior is confirmed, provide a reasonable way for the script to be removed or corrected without permanently terminating the account.
-
Provide the correct escalation channel if this category cannot handle moderation errors involving developer assets.
