[Oct 8, 2025] My account “Chills_Store” was terminated because multiple of my Body Pillow UGC items were removed by the automated moderation system for “Sexual Content.” I never had any intention of uploading sexual or inappropriate content.
After contacting Roblox Support, my account was luckily unterminated, which already indicated that the account termination may have been a misunderstanding. Although they werent able to revert my UGC Item submissions.
Due to safety reasons of my account, Ive archived all previous “Body Pillow UGC Items”, some of them werent able to be archived because they were “too new”, instead of archiving those, I had to put the newer ones on offsale.

However, after one week, the automated moderation system once again removed multiple Body Pillow UGC items, even those that were archived and offsale leading to ANOTHER account termination.
What I find unfair is that this second account terminated happened automatically, starting from a one-day ban, then extending to three days, seven days, and finally a full account termination, all while I was still banned and wasnt even able to remove or edit the UGC Items myself. I did not upload any new “Body Pillow UGC Items” after roblox reinstated my account, obviously to not risk another moderation action.
Despite explaining this to Support, my account has NOT been restored this time, although its the exact same reason.
I mean I had no opportunity to remove the flagged UGC items, because they were too new to be archived and the automated moderation system kept increasing the punishments while taking more and more old UGC assets down. Thats why I am searching help here in this forum if the roblox account “Chills_Store” and the moderation history related to these UGC Items could be manually reviewed by a human moderator.
