Just two years ago, my account by the name of, rytansal has gotten unfairly terminated for the reason, Your account has been deleted for creating, promoting, or participating in inappropriate behavior or content. This is a violation of our Terms of Use. Obviously I never did something and it would come out that a month later, this issue started happening with many other players due to an animation exploit, here’s a video to more regards on it, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TWka2Ewey0&t.
After that I made a new account which is this one obviously, and I didn’t really think much about it. However, I really want it back now. I’ve sent billions of appeals and yet, what I got back was “Your account has been terminated for more than 30 days, therefore we can’t return it.” Looking back on other forums it’s actually possible to get your account back even if it’s terminated for 30 days, but for some reason I’m trying and I just can’t get my account back. Is there any ways I can get it back easier? I need this account ASAP as my patience skill is slowly dissolving.
I have a question about this statement you just made. If the appeal was already accepted but the account is still terminated (a bug in the appeals system), could it still be appealed at any time?
Another question, if an email was sent to Roblox within the first 30 day mark, and they don’t respond until after the 30 days is over (ex: slow support teams), would the account still be out of luck due to the moderation team’s understaffing?
Of course, you aren’t a moderator so I don’t expect you to have an exact answer to these questions, but please just tell me what you personally think.
If your account was appealed yet is still terminated, that’s because you have multiple terminations stacked ontop of eachother. This is common with enforcement bans.
As long as the email was sent before the 30 day mark, they will review it. I know somebody who got appealed over 90 days later (his appeal never got a reply until then)
After researching more, it turns out that the account’s data gets removed as well after 30 days. However, if your a lucky one, you can get it back even after 30 days like I mentioned within the post link, and they can still roll back your data I’m pretty sure.
