Account was reinstated after a false termination but communities are still locked

I attempted 2 times to make a request via the support page but both times didn’t work so I’ve moved here.

Every community I’ve made on this account or my alts have been locked since my termination and are still locked even after my account was reinstated. This has caused an issue where now people cannot play the games under one of the communities and I cannot pay my developers.

Expected behavior

All of my communities should’ve been unlocked when I was reinstated.

Turns out one of my appeals did work.

Just make an appeal via the support page, ask for human review and they should be reinstated.

This is still an issue though, I should not have had to do this.
