When I try to login to my account, it says my account was locked and prompts me to input the account’s email or phone number, which my account does not have. I tried creating a support ticket, but support just says they cannot answer any questions without proof of ownership.
Expected behavior
Accounts without a recovery method should not be locked.
Yes they should so people who get into your account can’t just attach their email to it and control it
But now I don’t have access to to my account even though nobody got into it. Even if someone did get into it and it got locked, there would be now way of me getting my account back, so it’s just as good as someone else controlling it.
