My main account FurryFujiwaraDergJDM which was unfairly falsely banned and terminated with no given reason or reasoning behind it or any specification or offensive item shown the ban only shows a moderator note saying “Your account has been moderated for violating our Terms of Use for inappropriate content/behavior.” which I never did anything inappropriate I have always and always have abided and followed the rules and I wasn’t even online when the incident occured which was approximately and precisely at 1:40 AM EDT I was offline and asleep and I wasn’t aware of the ban until I got a notification on my phone of one of my close friends telling me about it and I have even provided legitimate proof and evidence of me being falsely and unfairly terminated when I clearly didn’t do anything wrong and this is a known issue because an exploiter/hacker named user091441 (s y) is responsible for the false termination as a user named zenuux exposed them and posted about the issue on X (formally known as Twitter) and they’re an infamous notorious repeat offender who was terminated multiple times in the past. Also my OG main account EBugatti13 was also unfairly banned and falsely terminated by the same person as they hacked my account at approximately and precisely 12:25 AM EST and got it falsely terminated for scamming which I never did and the suspects/hackers intent was to leak a game that I liked to play back in the day and I would never do anything like that ever. And not only were my accounts unfairly banned I have personal realistic copyrighter models on both accounts that I have made and rightfully legally own the rights to and I cannot recover them now and I will not tolerate or condone intellectual property theft or copyright infringement of my creations and I have sent numerous appeals and I have also left voicemails and have not received a call back from a roblox staff member or representative to resolve this issue and I have even sent MIDRs (Mandatory Informal Dispute Resolution) as well. So please unban my accounts and make the right decision and reverse the bans ASAP immediately as I am kindly and politely asking nicely to do so because I do not deserve this punishment and I want my accounts and models back now before I pursue legal action by arbitration I won’t condone or tolerate my models I worked so hard on being taken away from me when I legally own them.
And heres pictures of some of the models I made and I want them back as they’re on both my accounts FurryFujiwaraDergJDM and EBugatti13 and none of which broke the rules I just like things realistic as possible since some things dont exist in roblox such as raytracing and realistic water physics for example:

Like the AI system has got to go its too exploitable and abusable and that is a proven fact not a fairy tale people will go out of anyone’s way to get you off the platform and they do so by using specific keywords that the system detects and flags their targets to get them banned and as a 2008 veteran who’s been playing roblox since childhood its not the same as it once was and I never played it as much nowadays I only built models and that’s it nothing else so please give my accounts back I’m not kidding because this is ridiculous
And I was also harassed by people that I exposed for being bad actors and they play the victim as if they didn’t do anything but in reality the people they impersonate are the victims and will make stuff look legitimate but its all fake and when I exposed them they shut down immediately and went into hiding because I exposed them all over the internet and social media
@moderators Can y’all please do something about this because I want my models back as they’re legally owned by me and I can’t recover them since my main accounts were falsely terminated by the automated AI system
And the automated system responded with this in one of my appeals and my accounts are still not restored this is proof that roblox support is AI and the system is bugged so give my accounts back so I can recover my assets and what’s rightfully mine please
I have and its not just me affected its multiple people and they still haven’t given my accounts back yet and it honestly pisses me off because of the models I made took years to build and I can’t recover them now

Yea I basically said that however the support is all AI based and I can tell because I still have old appeal messages from my older account and that email roblox used is no longer active my next step is to pursue arbitration since they’re refusing to give my accounts and models back and I’ll do anything to get them back.
sort of depressing that the only way to get ACTUAL roblox STAFF on your case is to post about it on the dev forums, the automated AI support garbage is useless.
It really is because I tried everything including calling them and sending them a MIDR (Mandatory Informal Dispute Resolution) about my case and they’re refusing to acknowledge this and give my accounts back especially when the models and assets I made are copyrighted and I rightfully own the models and now I can’t recover them and its very frustrating and a nuisance
I dont participate in those groups nor do I engage with anyone in those groups so I dont know why you’re pointing that out if that’s the reason my main accounts were banned I stated its a known exploit and everyone else affected by this problem said the same thing
So please give my accounts back I’m asking politely before I pursue legal action and sue for stealing my copyrighted asset models and not being able to recover what’s rightfully mine because I have appealed through support numerous times and filed a MIDR (Mandatory Informal Dispute Resolution) that was sent to your HQ in San Mateo CA and its very frustrating you guys are refusing to acknowledge this false termination exploit issue and sweep it under the rug as if its nothing @moderators@Roblox
From what their Terms Of Use says it usually takes 60 Days and thats obviously past the Appeal Deadline which is 30 Days for United States users/6 Months for European users and I’m from the United States however I’ve seen people on the RobloxBans SubReddit got their accounts back after that timeframe has passed and one of my friends got his account back after 9 years since it was falsely terminated and the reason I’m wanting mine back is because of my copyrighted models and assets I have and own legal rights too the terminations I don’t really care about because I plan on retiring from roblox after I get my models back because of all the lawsuits and child safety problems going on and as a roblox OG who’s played since 2008 its not the same as it once was. And I plan on filing an arbitration clause if roblox staff doesn’t take my case seriously I’ll do anything to get my accounts back cuz I dont condone copyright infringement.
Since roblox staff and their moderation/AI is refusing to give my models and assets back which are rightfully mine I’m just gonna pursue legal action and sue because this is ridiculous the support is not “HUMAN” its AI I’m not dumb to tell that the responses are copy and pasted and I have old emails from the “OLD” roblox support which was “ACTUALLY HUMAN” support not AI Bots and I’ll make sure economic sanctions are placed too until they listen. Like its clearly AI and this is proof as the AI messed up in the email message response…
