many of my accounts were falsely terminated for avoiding enforcement. Prior to it the only ban i had was 5 min from chat, i have been on this platform for years and have put good money into this so its basically my life in a way, i was also developing a game which could have helped me in some financial way, my account has been a part of this community for a long time so seeing an wrongful enforcement ban makes things worse.

I went through all of my accounts and not one has a proper reason for termination or reason, it just says ‘reason : other’ i feel like this is a sensitive incident as my main ‘iii_Creta’ was linked to an account which i have no clue whos it is, either my current laptops previous owner or something? i tried with appeals and they say its past the 30 day window (which is not enough time), my moderation was on august of 2025 which showed ‘moderated on 2024’ which is odd my itself
but now it shows a different time saying august of 2025
which is odd because during august of 2025, when i appealed or asked for support they ignored me and kept saying its past the ‘fair’ appeal window

Example, on august of 2025 they said this and when i provided all of things they said, they just ignored me and did not send a follow up
they later send an email saying ‘An appeal has previously been sent for this moderation action, and we concluded that the consequence would not be adjusted at that time’ which is odd because prior to this i had not sent an appeal so who could have appealed? i still believe this is wrong and my account iii_Creta with others account should be restored because enforcement bans are doing more harm than good

as i mentioned, the account (fg******) is an account which i have no control over so i cant even appeal that account, prior to this my account was banned (iii_Creta) which roblox support provided me back the access during 2022, im not from the US so i cant file a BBB nor an midr, nor am i from EU for that 6 month appeal window. I tried explaining to the appeal team many times but all i got was a copy and paste rejection of my appeals, its nearly been a year now and i doubt i’ll get my account back. Yes i do accept my fate but leaving this here as an issue might show whats wrong with enforcement bans
