Ever since I have been waiting for the account to get out of hold.
4 months later…. STILL no update.
When an account is on hold, it should:
Tell when the hold expires
Update on the hold via message reply.
Because of my account being on hold, I am unable to reply/create posts* , which also blocks me from participating in developer discussions and certain DevRel events.
in most categories. I can create only bug report posts.
Expected behavior
Make it so the account holds have some sort of expiration date stated in the message.
And obviously, a bit selfish, but I expect my recent posts to be reviewed by a staff.
Just wondering, what did the appeals team reply with? You’re able to appeal developer forum moderation actions via support or did the account been put out of hold yet?
Hello, so i had the same problem as @Maxoratus (but i made a bug report here and the lovely devforum moderators actually read it)
And yes, i also tried to appeal in support before that, and well, the AI moderation just responded with “theres no moderation action against megasuperalfonato” even though i told in the appeal it was the devforum 1000 times.
So, you can technically appeal from there. But, getting help from the Ai moderation is the problem
