Ad Account blocked from promoting/ads

I am posting this because my Ad Account ID seems to be bugged and I cannot run any ads for my game. When I try to create an ad campaign on Ads Manager for my experience the system gives the error

“Creation failed. This game is not yet eligible for ads. Review the moderation, approval, and age guideline status.”

My game is published by my group where I am the owner, and the game is public, 16+ players can join, the questionnaire is completed, and my account is ID-verified with 2FA enabled. I tried creating an ad for a completely different place as a test, but it failed with the exact same error, which proves this is an account issue rather than a game issue. In an older DevForum thread about this same bug that another developer fixed it simply by trying a different Ad Account ID, which worked instantly for them. The ad creation system is placing an restriction on certain Ad Account IDs, specifically mine.

Thanks a lot for the help! I was able to start a campaign.

I really appreciate the help and quick fix. I don’t want to mark the topic as fixed just yet until there is an official update or response from you guys, as I know several other people have been experiencing this exact same issue on their accounts too.
