AD CREDIT REFUND | How does this work? (please help)

Hey, I’ve went to my games ads manager tab and was taken to the new ad manager, Before on the old one it filled out the experience for you, This one indeed did not. It picked a random a game i was not trying to run ads on.

No the ads have NOT RAN, i turned them off

Im trying to get a refund on my AD CREDITS, so i can run them on the correct experience.

UPDATE-

it keeps trying to run the ads, i have it off. is it supposed to be doing this?

its taking ad credits when still paused.

Just keep the ad paused. Once it finishes after the completed date, all the ad credits will be returned back to you as far as I’m aware.
