Dashboard is saying we are ineligible for rewarded video ads; despite meeting the requirements.
We have been serving rewarded video ads just fine for months until ~2 days ago

This universe unfortunately hasn’t reached the MAU threshold yet.
According to my dashboard, it definitely has. Unless I am missing something, I am pretty sure it’s 2,000 MAU.
Hey! I having the same issue of him, and I reach all the requirements, mine it’s just started counting for 2 days the earnings and then stopped making me lost more than 300k robux in those 2 days
