AdChoices popup does not disappear after declining/accepting

After declining or accepting AdChoices, the AdChoices popup remains on the screen.

Reproduction steps:

1. • Click on the AdChoices button in the bottom right of the screen (both Mobile and Computer)
2. • Accept or Decline the AdChoices.
3. • AdChoices remains at the bottom of the screen and does not disappear.

The problem is neglible on computer, but for Mobile users in portrait mode, it tends to cover the access to the scrollbar that is used to scroll through a thread.

This is on all platforms.

Expected behavior

AdChoices should disappear after accepting or denying them.
