Add a ?Pose= argument to Thumbs/Avatar.ashx requests

Hey!

So as most of you know, you can display someone’s character in-game by using the following as an assetID:

http://www.roblox.com/Thumbs/Avatar.ashx?x=100&y=100&Format=Png&username=ROBLOX

Now that there are two poses added (homepage and message headshot), could we get an additional argument “?Pose=” for these requests to get these specific poses?

Thank you :durrr:

:woohoo: fun and usable. If this were added it would be nice to have a few more poses to go with it. I think players will enjoy devs using this creatively.

I would use this all the time!

I’ve added a line of pictures in one of my games that displays photos of group members while they are in-game and the members love it. I’m thinking of adding VIP players to the list, to make extra incentive for players to buy vip pass. Would definitely be way cooler with more poses to use.

This has still not been implemented but especially the framed head icons are a major help with UI design and custom leaderboards… Please? Or is there another way I am not aware of?

I remember asking for this when this came out. Like, in person. I talked to the person who made the web thing. He said it was a totally different API (or something like that) that generates the ‘headshot’ picture.
