It should be possible to have an option to delete (not only hide from your side) comments from your forum post (communities/groups) as your the owner of the post. It’s annoying that sometimes people will spam your forum post or post off-topic things and if you had an option to remove the comment (not only from your side), it would fully fix this problem. The “Hide” option is currently confusing. It should be replaced with “Remove” or “Delete” and it should delete the comment for all users not only you.
I think it goes without saying that being able to remove any comment from your own post is a terrible idea. You’ll get critism and you’ll have to deal with it, just like on any other social platform.
