It would be great if SocialService had a built-in prompt to let a game ask a player to follow a specific user.
The prompt could:
This would make it safe and easy for players to follow developers, studio accounts, or event hosts from within games.
some games give you special tools for example following the developer.

i love the idea and its a smart idea
I was considering making a post like this to prompt likes and other development aspects that are engaging, but I feared it might be a gray area under ToS.
Especially with how stingy Roblox has been about verification badges.

Just because many games have had it doesn’t mean it’s not technically breaking ToS. Like games giving rewards to individual (key word) players who like the game, top games do it, but it is against the Terms of Service.
This would also be handy for the case of using/making a custom player list system! They’ve given us a prompt to friend and block people, yet no way to follow someone
it may be against the tos but if they really cared that much about it they would take down games that have these types of features
still a good point to outline here tho.
i think that would be a useful feature mainly for follow rewards, but since roblox doesn’t promote follow rewards i doubt they’d add it
