Add gradient options to highlights

Currently, highlights look very flat and really need other effects with them or they just look kinda bland.

So I saw this post to today that brings a solution:

Highlights really needs an update. It has been quite a while since we have gotten one, so this would be perfect to add

Yes, we need multiple things to highlights:

1. Gradients
2. Line thickness
3. Maybe something like only showing behind parts
4. List item

So this and the other things i listed (including list item) should 100% be added

line thickness scaling from distance also stinks!

i think it defaults the scaling to a 1080p screen so for players with 2k or 4k monitors it still chunks up the outline. that being said, 1080p being by far the most widely used resolution i don’t blame them for keeping it low priority

Don’t forget anti-aliasing! The current aliasing really ruins the entire look of it.
