Add Mute Action To Leaderboard

When you click a players name in the leaderboard, it lets you block, follow/unfollow, send friend request/remove friend, as well as report abuse.

I request a block action be added since I have to otherwise type /block LONGASSUSERNAMEHERE.

I also think you shouldn’t have to type the full username as long as the entered name is unique,

For example, /block LONG

Would indeed be nice for people like “StIcKeR”.
(That isn’t an uppercase i, that’s a lowercase L)

A mute button would be sooo useful when you are stuck in a game with someone who thinks spamming in chat is a hilarious way to spend their time…

We also need GetCore("IsMuted",player) for custom chats
