As a roblox user who’s been on the platform for 5 years, I can’t help but notice that the PurchaseGui on the website/universal app has been left completely untouched, this is a problem as you can easily end up accidentally purchasing a gamepass/product through the website as there’s still no “loading bar” styled button
This is how it looks ingame:
This is how it looks on the website/app, note the lack of any loading bars and how the purchase button is immediately primed:
Now yes, while a recent PurchaseGui redesign on the client has made it ethically questionable, at least there’s still a failsafe in place for PurchaseGui instances through the client, no such failsafes exist for the website, and janky hitboxes make it easy to accidentally click on a purchase button despite meaning to close the game view
If roblox is able to address this problem, it would help further reduce accidental purchases (I have not accidentally purchased something yet, but I can imagine that plenty of cases have happened due to this discrepancy), as all transactions would now require the user to wait before doing so, regardless if it’s done through the client, or on the game page on the website/app, or anywhere else that relies on purchasing things
