Add reactions for topics + replies to the forum

I know discourse supports this, and it should be essential to the forum since it allows replies to just be diluted into reactions.

Every time this gets suggested everyone points out the hundreds of reasons this isn’t a good idea. (two most recent examples being Add Reactions To The Forum and Reactions potential feature?)

  1. Too many users, even to this day, still try to use the like/react system as if it’s a numbers game.
  2. If someone really has something to say, they should create a well written reply about it (and actually contribute something worthwhile because of it)
  3. As pointed out on both those threads, the devforum isn’t social media/it’s not a broad social forum. It has a purpose, and a simple heart button fits that perfectly.
