Adding DPad and Thumbpad control back into Roblox client [in-game]

I’ve noticed that Bee Swarm Simulator and several other games still have the Thumbpad and DPad control options available for mobile, even AFTER they were removed in 2019.

How could I add them back to my game? I do have copies of some corescripts I could use, I just need to find a way to implement them in.

Also is this against TOS?
