Ads Eligibility Issue [NEED STAFF]

[asher_dz (Asher)]

To be eligible for ads, it says I need to complete the questionnaire, but it has already been completed. I selected no to free form creation.

My game is rated minimal, so restricted content should not be the issue.

Windows 10

• CPU: Intel(R) Core™ i7-9750H CPU @2.60GHz
• 16gb
• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti

Expected behavior

The questionnaire requirement should be checked off.

Can I please get a staff. Or someone that knows how to fix this. I am about to reach the 2K MAU and I really want to add ads this weekend with my update.
