Ads manager doesn't show all my games

Hi, I have a game that I would like to promote through the ads manager, but I can’t find it in the list of possible games to promote. I don’t know if this problem is due to the recent addition of the new ads manager, but both in the “Classic” and in the new one it doesn’t show the name.

I own the group under which the game is created, and on top of that the group has no other people with access to the game and another game from that group is shown but the other is not.

I tried, as suggested by the solution in another post with the same problem, to create the ad via the “Promote this experience” button but it still doesn’t work.

It should show my game in the list, because I own it.

Quick question: Is the game public? The option won’t show while the place is set as private

Just making sure that this is not the core issue

Edit: After a quick investigation, the game is not accessible and since it’s linked through a group, it could be restricted to group members only

Had same issues for a a month now and still not fixed

Cant promote group experience unless group owner

We have even tried adding the account to a privately owned game, so it has edit rights and yet we cannot promote this other experience either It seems that as time goes on, Roblox is becoming less and less developer friendly, with more bugs than ever too

even emailed orblox support but never got response back

thank you for showing me this and i think this is the problem. But i’m pretty confused, the game is public so i don’t understand why only group members can join.

sorry my bad… roblox recently added this setting that I didn’t know about.
