I’m not sure if this is the right category, but I’ve been having a persistent issue with the Ads Manager for about two months. I’m posting here because support hasn’t solved it, and I’m convinced it’s a Roblox-side problem.
Around two months ago, I launched my second game (a typical troll tower). For my first game and at the start of the second, ads worked fine. I spent about $50 USD on the second game, but only $20 were actually used before I started getting this error at the top of the Ads Manager:
Clicking “Retry Payment” just reloads the page, the error remains. My bank confirmed everything is fine on their side. I assumed it was a temporary bug and left it, but now, with my third game, the same error is still there.
In the last few days, I tested four different debit cards (two mine, two from someone else, from three different banks). The error persists. What’s strange is that when adding a card, I get “Payment card saved successfully” and Roblox charges $1 for verification, but never refunds it. This confirms the cards work and that it’s likely a bug in Roblox’s payment system.
Unrelated, but I also keep getting a “Turn Off Ad Blocker” message despite not having one installed. This isn’t related to the payment issue since it disappears in a different browser, but the payment error still happens.
Posting here in hopes someone can actually help, support takes too long to reply and responses feel automated.
