I’m trying to add my card as a payment method for Roblox Ads Manager.
The card successfully goes through the authentication step after entering an OTP, but immediately afterward I receive the error:
“Failed to use card. Try a different card.”
I’ve already confirmed that the card is valid and can be used for online transactions. The issue occurs specifically when trying to add it to Ads Manager. I’m confuse because in the finance page>Billing, roblox almost use the same payment method form with the ads manager and my card was successfully linked as a payment method there.
Has anyone else encountered this issue, or know what could be causing it?
