Ads Manager running sponsors but not taking any credits

I went to the advertisement manager to run a sponsor on one of my games yesterday, and I had roughly 70$ of ad credits. I ran these ad credits, but noticed I still had them- so I attempted to run the sponsor again. After doing it twice and noticing I still have my ad credits, I checked to see if my campaigns were being made, and they were. My 70 ad credits doubled to 140$ being ran, and I still retained my 70$ in ad credits still. I didn’t think much of it, I assumed it would just chargeback on my account then I could re-pay it… Today, I ran a sponsor for 100$, and I still have the 100$, and it allows me to use the same 100$ to run infinite advertisements. I’m unsure if I was ever charge backed for the 70$ yesterday.

Expected behavior

It should take the ad credits instantly out of my account, and then refund me for any credits that were not used in the advertisement.

Thanks for reaching out! So, this isn’t actually a bug.
We rolled out a new feature today that allows ad campaigns to Run Continuously.
Previously, campaigns with a daily budget (e.g., $10/day for 10 days) were charged the full amount upfront ($1000 in this case). Since no one likes paying everything in advance, we updated the system to charge on a daily basis instead.
So now, for the same campaign, we’d charge $10 per day, and ad credits are deducted at the end of each day.
So, what you are experiencing is the intended behavior — ad credits are no longer deducted upfront.
