Ads Manager taking Ad Credits off despite no ads running

My ads were set to “Run continuously”, but during the night, they ran out so I turned them off entirely before doing something different and when I refilled my balance, I noticed a “-19.30” pending and that I was missing 0.06 Ad Credits from the 210 and I refilled

Expected behavior

I would expect to get the full 210 and not be charged for something that doesn’t run anymore

hey there — we’ve recently launched 40+ updates to Ads Manager and made major improvements to performance and usability. I’ve linked a few recent DevForum posts below with details.

Let us know if you’re still experiencing this.

Would love for you to give it another try and let us know if you have any feedback — it really helps us keep shaping the product!

Hello, thanks for the update, I’ll run ads and let you know once they run out if this still happens

EDIT: Actually buying the credits I was already charged for nothing?

It looks like some campaigns that has been off for atleast a month ran 0.01 for no reason?

Hello @kayakrivers,

To follow up on this. As mentioned in my previous message, Roblox did take off extra Ad Credits for ads that ran “Continuously” until credits ran off. These ads were fully turned off since august (~1-2 after last charged amount).

You can see after that it consistently took 16 AC per day (as set in the Ad manager)

I’ve recently increased the 16 AC/Day (recommended) to 20 AC/Day since 16 was doing so good and it seems like that the Ad Manager is performing MUCH WORSE than it was with the recommended 16 AC. Is there any reason why?

Thanks

Like the last time, Roblox has some charges pending, but the ad credits ran off since November 9th

This bug was NEVER FIXED as it was marked and I’ve shown it multiple times before already

Here the second ad ran until I created the first one. You can see it’s still trying to take ad credits and it only happens when you have no credits.
