Hi.
So, I’ve been trying to run an ad campaign for a game and it was supposed to start yesterday morning. But so far it didnt get a single impression and I know this is not normal since I’ve already ran some ads in the past.
I already tried duplicating/creating other ones and I even tried running one with the classic manager, everything to no avail.
I contacted support and they’ve been ghosting me so if someone is having the same issues or has a solution that would be great. I also checked every single post regarding ads malfunctioning and none of them helped me so there’s that.
