We are a growing studio run by mature and serious young adults working on a video game by the name of An Officer’s Duty 2. Our video game is based on law enforcement. It’ll be packed with different police teams giving players the possibility to roleplay, quests, collect weapons and vehicles, customizations for both, and so much more.
Now about the job, we are looking to add a major feature to the game allowing players to purchase an empty property where they can build their own dream home with materials they purchase from a warehouse. Roughly 5 months ago we had hired someone for this job, however, he was unable to continue after 4 months. We’re in need of someone who is both talented and intelligent with advanced Lua. Programmer must also be good at math for this project. We plan to launch the game fully by December at the latest. The feature we’re looking to have done will allow players to set roommates, place walls, windows, doors, and more. It will allow customizations such as colours, materials, textures, and additional support for exclusive features. This feature will not require data saving work as our database/web manager will be handling this part. This feature will also be set up in it’s own game. No money earning features will be required as stat earning features will be held to the main game. Data will be shared between the main and neighbour game via AOD’s database. Additional discussion on this will be done during the interview.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must agree to sign an agreement contract with us prior to beginning the job. The contract is an agreement between both parties focusing on the payment agreement and TOS agreement.

- Must have a portfolio of some kind displaying your past work. Twitter account, roblox profile, website, or anywhere else you may have work posted will be required to share with us as well as background checks are mandatory.

- Must be able to attend a video call interview. (Why video? We are making video interviews our new requirement for mature/high pay jobs for 2 reasons. Professionalism and to filter out underaged fraudsters as they’ve become such a common appearance).
- Must be mature and serious about the job.
- Must be able to manage time well. Job must be completed in a reasonable time frame.
- Must be able to work well solo or with a team.
- Must be respectful towards everyone regardless of differences. We will not tolerate anyone who is racist, homophobic or sexist towards our female developers.
- Must join the group link given to you once hired. (groups have a minimum time frame before payouts are possible therefore we require you to join the group upon hiring).
- Must have a paypal account.
As this feature will be a major part of the game’s gameplay, we are offering 100k robux + $350USD for this job. That brings the total amount to $700USD worth. Additional discussion on this topic will be done during the interview.
