Dairy King Affiliate Handbook

This document outlines the affiliate requirements and application process for groups interested in forming an alliance with Dairy King.

Main Requirements

To be considered for an affiliation with Dairy King, groups must meet the following:

  • Minimum 10,000 non-botted Roblox group members.
  • At least 150 active, non-botted members in your Discord server.
  • A positive reputation within the Roblox community.
  • Must maintain open communication with the Dairy King Public Relations Team regarding any major internal or external issues.
  • Group must be SFW (Safe for Work).
  • Must show consistent group activity and engagement.

Employee Standards

All staff members, especially High Ranks, should maintain professionalism, treat all users equally, and uphold Dairy King’s community values.

Groups We Will Not Ally With

  • Military or combat-centered groups.
  • Low-effort “cash grab” groups.
  • Inappropriate or overly violent communities.

Cafe & Restaurant Affiliates

  • Trolling must be actively moderated and managed.
  • High Ranks must lead with fairness and professionalism.

School Group Affiliates

  • Sessions must consistently average 15+ participants.
  • School should be in session year-round, with reasonable breaks.
  • Group must have at least one active extracurricular activity (e.g., sports).
  • Behavior management systems (BM & SE) must be properly controlled.

Game Show Group Affiliates

  • Must host 5 sessions per week minimum.
  • All prizes must be legitimate and awarded.
  • Games must be fair and non-pay-to-win.
  • Hosts must maintain professional conduct and may not bet on contestants.

Clothing Group Affiliates

  • Must have at least 20 original clothing items for sale.
  • 50+ total clothing sales required.
  • Must host monthly fashion or community events.
  • Group must show activity and innovation.

Hospital Group Affiliates

  • Employees must possess basic roleplay medical knowledge.
  • The focus of the game must not be on weapons or violence.
  • Treatments must be realistic, professional, and SFW.
  • Trolls must be monitored and removed promptly.
  • All patients must receive equal treatment.

Roleplay Community Affiliates

  • Must use a medium-difficulty citizen application.
  • Roleplays must be realistic for the group’s setting.
  • No FRP (Fail Roleplay) allowed.
  • All members must be treated equally and fairly.
  • Must own an original game (no private servers only).

Affiliate Application Process

All affiliate requests must be submitted via a Google Document or Ticket with answers to the following questions.
Send your completed application to any Dairy King Public Relations Officer via a Public Relations Ticket.

Applications will be reviewed within 3–4 days.

Please include:

  • All group links (Roblox + Discord)
  • Answers to the following:
    1. Why would you like to form an alliance with Dairy King?
    2. How would your group benefit from this partnership, and how would your group benefit Dairy King?
    3. What goals do you aim to achieve through this affiliation?
    4. Provide the Roblox usernames and Discord usernames of 2 official representatives from your group.

Terms of Service

  • Dairy King reserves the right to terminate any alliance at any time, with a valid reason.
  • We may blacklist any group or representative with appropriate cause.
