Thank you for your interest in affiliating with Bean House. At Bean House, we take satisfaction in forming new partnerships with other establishments within the ROBLOX industry. The Head Admins have set the requirements and application in order to configure an alliance with Bean House. We do provide minor exceptions, but during the investigation procedure, your group is examined in order to persuade that you’re able to meet the requirements in the future.
Your application should be written thoroughly to convince the Head Admins that your group is willing to put in the effort to form a solid relationship. In your response, please provide detail, correct grammar and punctuation, and a well-structured persuasion. Please consider messaging a Chief Operating Officer or above for assistance with the application.

Requirements & Expectations

To form a partnership with us here at the Bean House, your group must acquire at least 3,500+ group members and 700+ Discord members. If your group does not meet this member requirement, we will most likely not accept your application. Exceptions can be made if the group applying to us has the potential to grow/is surpassing a large number of members regularly.

Your group must possess professionalism to a high standard from all points of view. This includes professionalism from your company overall, Middle Ranked members and above, and your Discord and Roblox group must have a standard procedure and must abide by the guidelines.

Your group must have a good reputation within the Roblox community. This means no toxicity within your environment, no recent “exposure” documents, and so on. This also means you may not have botted members and anything else that falls under that category.

Your group must benefit Bean House in some sort of way. This includes hosting events with us from time to time, frequently communicating with us, announcing our events in a timely manner, etc. Failing to uphold your end of the relationship will result in immediate termination.

Your group’s employees must act professionally here at Bean House. Bean House HAs will be doing a thorough investigation of your group and Discord server if you were to send us an alliance application.**

If we were to accept your application, your group must have at least 2 representatives on our Social Platform. These individuals will be responsible for announcing our events, ensuring your representatives are up to date, and so on.

Finally, your group must conform to our code of conduct and requirements. Bean house has the right to terminate/take action on your group if needed.
