After completion of RTBF request usernames never drop due to an odd bug

Hello, i have a bug report regarding some users who filed a data privacy request/RTBF request on Roblox.

This policy upon completion Roblox will erase data related to the user account. And usernames attached to the Roblox account which is stated officially by Roblox upon submission of a RTBF request to your email.

Upon completion of a Right To Be Forgotten request/RTBF the players associated usernames to the account goes available after 2 years or less after completion of the process due to policies.

Example of a username being available after a data privacy request.

discern - Roblox “New Discern Username Holder”

However some users who have filed a RTBF request such as hs4 never dropped over the 2 year time period due to glitches and only recently had the username released to the public.

Theres a few users who have filed a RTBF request years ago that should’ve had their usernames released due to Roblox’s RTBF policy and them not being released is a bug related to this requesting feature as it applies to everyone to file one, heres a few users below who have filed a RTBF request years back and not have their usernames released per the policies stating otherwise:

User zuwk: https://www.roblox.com/users/148987261/profile
User ahev: https://www.roblox.com/users/92749941/profile
User itsnerfornothing: https://www.roblox.com/users/22879655/profile
User mursu: https://www.roblox.com/users/29169/profile

Im filing this as a bug report due to the factor the RTBF Right To Be Forgotten policies have been around for awhile and in the policies upon submission they state the players username goes available after 2 years of the request being completed, and recently bugged usernames such as HS4 and NOLI were dropped so maybe reporting this here will solve this mystery.

Attachment of a RTBF support ticket stating about username availability.

I know these are bugged due to the factor i recently filed one on an alternative account GRSB which has since had the username released which is why i said 2 years or less

Expected behavior

The users stated should have their usernames dropped due to the policies related to RTBF.

Oh and upon submission of a RTBF request please make it more specific upon release instead of at least 2 years and change it around to 30 days or 2 years since thats how it works now clearly.

Would like to follow up and clarify if the recent dropping of these users was the fix to it or not?

Because itsnerfornothing, zuwk, ahev and mursu was taken out of the blue and more bugged names like this, essentially anything that used the format by RTBF upon completion “Account Deleted (ID)” Thanks.

I recently emailed Roblox support about requesting my moderation history (unrelated), and in the automated email that was sent to me, they stated this.

So, which one is it? Is it 30 days or 2 years? The email was sent to me today, but I have seen on some occasions the automated email provide outdated information.

Clarification from an official Roblox admin, both on my reply and the post, would definitely be helpful.

Quick question, did you track how long it took for your username GSRB to become available again?
