I am the owner of two ROBLOX games (experience: 71676918026467) and (experience: 78250871360699) Both have been stuck at 16+ age rating despite having the age rating “pending review” for months. We are seeking minimal age rating IAW their content.

We recently had an issue with FilterStringAsync not being applied to custom text entry scripts due to a back-end coding bug which led to our games becoming restricted. We have now fixed this issue. We have added Roblox’s TextService:FilterStringAsync to all custom text-entry scripts in these experiences. Every field where a player can enter text, including custom-character creation, now filters that text through FilterStringAsync before it is displayed.
The updated rating for these games is STANDALONE AI with Occassional/Mild Violence. However the age rating has been stuck at 16+, we have appeal tickets and devforum posts requesting age rating review to have it moved to minimal but they get closed without any response or said to be escalated and then weeks pass with no response despite me following up.
Expected behavior
We want to have these two experiences’ age ratings reviewed, ideally approved, and reduced to minimal.
