Would these builds in our tavern building designed for crew hire and quests be considered depiction of alcohol/or and gambling, as asked within the questionnaire for publishing.
The main concern here are the card games on the table. Acting as detail for the otherwise empty table

Hello, from my understanding, you don’t have to report any gambling depictions, as long as it is not playable or based on chance/luck. Roblox literally lets decorative gambling items e.g Poker Chips
For your “bar”, Roblox states to disclose whether your game includes uses/imagery of alcohol or adult locations. To me, yes, I can see it’s supposed to be a bar, however I feel you could also get away with just saying it’s a counter that serves drinks. I say this as, the decoration around the bar, e.g the bottles, don’t scream ‘alcohol’ to me, they are just bottles. Just make sure not to include any names/text e.g Beer, Whiskey etc.
I would strongly suggest to get more opinions on this though, as everyone has their own. Furthermore, I am not 100% sure on this too, but these are my views. I hope this helps you.

@randoweng – you definitely have to disclose unplayable gambling content like poker chips.

I do not need to report things that may typically be associated with gambling as long as its not a game of chance ect (such as cards). Can I have NPCs playing cards as long as there is no gambling depicted within the game and it appears only as a game of friendly cards

Oh damn, I knew it seemed a bit off. I think I got confused by the wording of ‘You do not need to report depictions of, and/or references to, items or activities that are typically associated with gambling, but are not games of chance/luck, such as horse racing, car racing, and poker chips.’
