Age Verification is Broken Always Reject For My Account

i have had the issue for 2 weeks right now… I went to the website that does the verification, and their policy says to bring this matter up with the company that uses their services (roblox) and i already email roblox support but the respond not help me … i dont know must i do now… im aware i cant verify my age on my roblox account with my id card…

With clear photos of my ID, I should be able to verify with ease, as I am well over 17++ but always rejecting my id… what should i do now??

Expected behavior

if succes my account wil get 17+ and get voice chat permission , i wanna use voice chatt

Not really an issue. I had a similar problem, and it was simply due to an old phone with a faulty camera, and poor lighting conditions.

i already use 3 device bro to verify but always rejecting , when i use alt account with my parent id it works

All the information on the ID must be clearly visible, so if the image is blurry or taken in a poorly lit environment, it’s perfectly natural for it to give an error.

The message you got also says that the ID information must be readable, so continue in a place with good conditions — I literally did it outside.

bro its not about i must correct photo my id , i already using many phones the image not blurry n already fit , but always reject -_- … if blurry i cant verify my alts roblox… i make this post because i see ppl make post like this n admin/ moderator configure his account to make his roblox dont reject his id again

are you actually trying to do so?
is the ID in good condition, valid and can the camera clearly pick up the information inside?

yess bro i already try my friend id and my phone friend but still reject, all good … i stressed cant use voice chat

Have you checked your main account set age in your account settings? Maybe this has something to do with the country you live in. Or maybe you are a person with a baby face and the ID verification system is refusing to verify it despite you actually being an adult because your face looks like somebody else that is under 17. (I wasn’t trying to be rude with the baby face thing, that issue genuinely happens sometimes.)

That can’t be it — I had shaved my beard and did the ID verification, so it should have rejected me too in that case. :skull_and_crossbones::pray:

You dont need a beard for the verification thing though lol. You just need your face to look like an adult face and your good to go, otherwise with the baby face, good luck.

It never asks for a selfie, it usually only requests the front side and backside of my ID, which are perfectly aligned with how the template wants, yet nothing becomes of it… i already try with all id card my friends bro… but roblox always reject it

After you get past the part where you take front and back screenshots of your ID, it asks you to take a selfie. :wilted_flower:

I’m going to verify my ID again on an alt account since I’ll be uploading UGC with it too. If I run into any issues during the verification, I’ll let you know here — though I don’t think there’ll be a problem with the selfie, considering my oily ahh face and my room that’s bright as hell. I recently updated my ID too, so yeah. :nail_care:

It gave a warning to move away from the light to reduce glare… :skull::pray:

if use alt account i can to broo , they only reject with my main account

My main account is already ID verified, and I use the same ID for about 500 different accounts, so that’s not the issue. :skull_and_crossbones::wilted_flower:

I have noticed too that this only happens to my account specifically as it works on other accounts.
