As you have read in the title, ID verification is completely broken for my account, or more specifically; my ID is Blacklisted from the persona system.
They are claiming that Roblox is banned in my country, but it’s not even banned.
I can play Roblox without a VPN just fine, I have no idea why they are claiming it’s banned. And even if it was, why would they prevent developers from their own side from accessing essential features like ID Verification?
This has already been reported by me, and so many others. Roblox has refused to take action against this.
This has actually been happening for longer than a month. I know this bug is infuriating, but please look before making a post about it, since it is a duplicated post.
This isn’t even my first post about the issue, but I made it since the first one got ignored, I also wasn’t exactly aware what the issue really was when I made the first bug report, I thought it was more technical but nope it was deliberate.
I made the original post on July 27, so it’s been about like 50 days… and counting.
EDIT: I think our issues are even slightly different too, because both my ID and Passport cannot be used on any account; whether it be an alt or a main. And it’s getting rejected by Persona and not directly by Roblox.
