My account has a verified age group of 21+ active on it, and age restricted 16+ experiences are accessible on the Roblox mobile app. However, on desktop, the same account isn’t able to access, or view the same 16+ experiences.
- Opening the app page directly via link shows a “Content Not Accessible - This experience is not accessible due to age restrictions” error page. (Screenshot attached)
- The experience also doesn’t appear in my home’s “Continue” section on desktop, despite appearing there on the mobile Roblox app.
Expected: The experience loads and is playable on desktop, matching mobile behaviour.
Actual: The page is blocked, and the experience is hidden from continue on desktop.
Affected Platforms:
(Region: Middle East - Kuwait)
- Safari, macOS (15.6.1) - Blocked
- Roblox desktop app, macOS (15.6.1) - Blocked
- Firefox, windows 11 - Blocked
- Roblox mobile app (Latest update), IOS (26.2) - Works
Same account on all platforms (Same as the account posing this Bug Report). Reproduces 100% of the time on above mentioned platforms / hardware. No browser extensions are active on either Safari/Firefox on tested devices.
Reproduction Steps:
- Sign in on desktop with a verified 21+ age group account.
- Navigate directly to Cakeman Tutorial | Play on Roblox
- Observe the “Content not accessible” error page instead of the experience page.
- Sign in to the same account on the Roblox mobile app and open the same link, it loads and is playable.
Where it happens: Cakeman Tutorial | Play on Roblox
Expected behavior
