Age/ID verification is broken for my account

I am currently experiencing an issue with ID verification on my Roblox account. My account appears to be bugged, and I am unable to verify my age.

I am 18+, but when I previously completed face verification, it incorrectly placed me in the 13 to 15 age group. Since then, I have not been able to correct it. I attempted to verify again using a valid government-issued ID, but the process failed. I also tried using a different phone and also tried verifying with multiple IDs, but the issue remained.

I followed all the instructions carefully. I made sure I had good lighting, and the ID was clearly visible and not blurry. The photo was clear and easy to read. However, it still did not work.

I received the following message:
“Couldn’t verify photos please follow the tips to help us verify your birthday. Make sure your ID is clear to read,” and then, “We couldn’t verify your birthday.”

Despite making sure everything was correct, the system still failed to verify my ID. I’ve tried contacting support but it was no help at all!!

If any of Roblox’s staff see this please help me out

I really hope this issue gets fixed. Its been like this for months, ever since November 2025.

When I created an account to verify with the same ID, it somehow worked on the other account, while my main account remained bugged.

I got a notification from the accounts team that they have resolved your issue. I believe your account is already age verified or open for you to age verify again.

i am age verified but it set me to the incorrect age group which is why im trying to ID verify which is broken

The problem is that it wont let me verify my ID, also the age verification set me into the wrong age group
