The like button can be confusing sometimes. It can mean you like it, or that you agree with it.
My suggestion is to add a new “agree” button, so that you aren’t getting mixed responses from your likes.

I’m honestly not sure where the confusion of like and agree come in. You don’t normally like something you don’t agree with. This would just be another layer of confusion for readers.

I have seen these types of systems on forum software like XenForo. This type of request should be possible, but I am not sure for this community because both would probably be used a lot.
You could like someone’s idea, but disagree with the explanation and have a better way. For example this post, people may like the creativity of the idea but not agree with having an agree button. Not saying everyone would do that but I guess it’s possible. Personally I don’t find too much of a use for an agree button, if someone responds with a fix to my problem and I see it had a lot of likes or even a few I know that it’s probably a good way.

If someone likes an idea but doesn’t agree with it, and feels like the 
button would make it look like they do agree, they can either not the post in the first place (even if they like it), or the post and reply with why they disagree on it.
The ambiguity of the button is IMO beneficial. Without any set rules what it means (aside from being some kind of positive feedback), a user can use it however it desires, without being strapped by some rigid rules. And vice versa, a user can interpret it however it chooses to.
Anything beyond that can be done through a reply, to further emphasize and specify what feedback a user wants to give.
