An update on the situation, Roblox has once again changed the moderator note of enforcement bans now stating the first 2 characters of the banned account’s username!
Also, Roblox now states you can request unlinking your account from the banned one from appealing via Violations and Appeals. Finally some actual transparency and clearance on this disaster! Not having to contact support just to get info on which account you were linked to is nice progress, and stating you can unlink your account from the banned one also means theres a glimmer of hope our accounts get restored!
There are some problems tho, for instance, Violations and Appeals doesn’t show anything regarding an enforcement ban
Unless Roblox means appealing via the support form, which usually doesn’t do anything.
Nonetheless, it’s nice to see Roblox be more transparent towards the outrageous enforcement bans, and to actually give us a chance to properly restore our unfairly deleted accounts!
But I still believe contacting through Support is unhelpful in this case, so
@Roblox_Staff I would really appreciate any help or information in unlinking this account from mine, or properly restoring my account to prevent something like this happening again.
Kinda bumping this again, but someone just made a crazy find on just how flawed and aggressive the AI moderation is. We’re not talking about thousands of accounts being enforcement banned, we’re talking about 5 MILLION accounts which have been enforcement banned in the EU ALONE, and this number has grown rapidly in the last 3-4 days because there seems to be a massive ban wave going around yet again..
Highly recommend giving it a reading and most importantly, bring attention to it as the numbers are actually wild and make its loud and clear something is clearly up.
back again cause I have an update regarding this, roblox updated my moderator note?? and now they are showing the first two characters of a username that I have never heard of, short story short: i used a vpn and got banned

i submitted an appeal stating that the account linked to mine has no affiliation with me, so we’ll see what happens. they did say they are forwarding me to customer support instead of the appeals
Dont expect anything to happen, youll probably just get the usual rejection message. Appealing through the “”””””humans”””””” has even less of a chance to unban you than the bots
Yea, as usual, they denied with the same copy & pasted message, but I did some digging a bit and I submitted a support ticket under Exploit Report and doing so, it states that human agents will reply shortly. Now whether this is true or not is up for debate, but once again I will keep you updated
@Roblox_Staff Apologies for the inconvenience, but it’s been nearly 4 months and haven’t recieved a proper review into my case, which I suspect is a moderation error. I cannot appeal through normal means because everything is automatically rejected, even after providing the necessary information/evidence.. Would really appreciate if someone takes a proper look into everything and does a proper and quick review instead of being ghosted for months.
