Still no updates… at least I got a reply to my support ticket 2 whole months after I got banned! And it’s telling me to use the appeals portal that I CAN’T USE!!!

It’s so strange that I didn’t send a damn thing and it created it’s own ticket
My main “Elroorl666” also has been terminated for the same meme template in 2025
I thought uploading it wont get me in trouble because i saw alot of them in the Creator Store aswell.
I have tried appealing after i was banned but i gave up trying because they we’re taking so long to respond, but when they finally responded they just denied all of my appeals.

How is it okay to lose your account with priced value over a single rule breaking? Especially when there’s exact same copies living inside the creator store without any moderation, that puts full responsibility onto Roblox’s moderators. Isn’t there any way to resolve this case and other cases where creators get victimized by false AI moderation? This guy should’ve only gotten a 3-7 day account suspension for the image they uploaded, not an entire permanent account wipeout. Is there anyone to reach out to about this situation to help those banned accounts? Those users are seeking help, don’t we have anything we can do about this?

Seeing this for the first time without any context, I don’t really understand what’s humorous about the darker undertones of this “meme” but that’s just me. If you willingly uploaded an image of this subject matter as some dark edgy joke, you can’t just complain about consequences after the fact.
I think the bigger issue at hand is it’s prevalence in the toolbox, and then someone decides to use it, and gets terminated. Sure, as much of a bad-taste joke it is, you wouldn’t really expect to have moderation action taken against your account so suddently (You wouldn’t really know it’s bad enough to warrant that), and of such a extreme degree.
I agree that deletion is a bit excessive, but this content does need to be removed.
