AI Support System for Easier Reporting and Account Help

I’m suggesting a new AI Support system on the Roblox website that would make it much easier for players and developers to report issues, account problems, and rule violations without going through long forms or complicated pages.

How It Works:

  • Players can talk to the AI directly to get help with basic issues or account problems, instead of searching through multiple support articles.
  • For reports (players or games):
    • If the situation clearly breaks Roblox rules (for example, bypassed audio or inappropriate content), the AI can automatically flag it or place the game under review, and then escalate it to human moderators for final checks.
    • If the case isn’t clear, the AI simply forwards it to the support team for manual review.

Why This Would Be Useful:

  • Makes the reporting process faster and simpler.
  • Gives players quick support for account-related problems.
  • Helps moderation by automatically flagging obvious violations.
  • Makes support more accessible for everyone.

Examples:

  • Reporting a player for bypassed audio → AI detects it clearly → flags it and escalates to moderation.
  • Reporting a game for inappropriate content → AI checks it, places it under review if obvious, and forwards it to staff.
  • Asking for help with an account issue → AI gives the steps instantly.

Conclusion:

Adding an AI Support system would make reporting and getting help on Roblox much faster, easier, and more reliable, while improving how clear violations are handled.

This sounds like a nightmare unless it expedites an actual human seeing the reports. Roblox is already in the middle of an AI-induced moderation apocalypse.

They’re already using AI for support and have been for a few years now, I’m not sure what your idea would necessarily add to the situation.

I know they’re already using AI Support. But the AI is not doing anything but just escalating it to Human review, what I’m saying here is to make the AI do the work for example, when someone in the game chat say something bad sometimes reporting doesn’t help. so you can instead of sending Roblox support this in gmail which takes a few days. You can just send this to the AI support and like I said, if the violation is very clear the AI can take action instead of escalating it to human review.
