Hi, I plan on making a social hangout bar style game. However, I want a heavy focus on the mixology and creation of drinks side of gameplay. I understand the new content ratings have meant the platform is more relaxed with references to alcohol etc.
To put my question simple, can I straight up label drinks as ‘Vodka’ , ‘Rum’ etc… or do they still need to be vague references
Thank you so much, look forward to hearing any guidance or advice
I don’t think it matters whether they’re vague or not, it’s still alcohol.
Drinking alchogol games are only for ages 17+.
Yeah, the game will be 18+ I just wondered if the policy allows for alcohol to explicitly be named as like ‘vodka’ etc… and for drinks to be created with a bartending system etc
I just played On Tap 18, seems that you have to use vague references, this game also using it, since you can’t just say “Vodka”, “Rum” and etc.
