Look at the pictures:
Account status is All Ages, Game Maturity is Minimal, Publishing Fee is Exempt (because of roblox plus), but game is anyways 16+
Can someone explain me why?

Having Roblox plus for 2 months is just a way to get around the fee. You still need to get 500 engaged 16+ users to play your game or pay the 100k robux for the expedited review.
Following up on our recent post and AMA , we’re introducing a new option to meet the publishing requirements to reach users under 16. Starting May 19th, creators can choose to pay a one-time, 1,000 Robux publishing fee per game. This fee will be refunded 3 months after your game becomes eligible to reach Roblox Kids/Select and as long as it continues to meet our Community Standards.
With this addition, there are now 3 ways to meet this requirement:
Pay a one-time, refundable publishing fee of 1,000 Robux per game OR
Have received free Roblox Plus for 6 months (Check your publishing permissions for a green banner to see if you qualify) OR
Have a Plus/Premium subscription for 2 consecutive months.
