All support pages [/help-safety and /support] have random android promotion on PC + not including header on some requests

Both seem to have a bugged frontend at the moment
To reproduce, you just need to keep refreshing until you get it, it is random but common.

On help-safety:

• Random chance it will promote android app on PC
  

  

• Random chance that the header will not be included

On support:

• Random chance that the header will not be included
  

  

• Random chance that it will show properly
