It is currently too hard to promote UGC bundles, dynamic heads, and emotes since they can’t be sponsored like other avatar items. I can sponsor regular accessories and clothing but not these item types, which limits my ability to market some of my best content.
If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my development experience because I could actually promote all my avatar items equally instead of being restricted to only certain types. This would help increase sales and visibility for bundles, dynamic heads, and emotes just like other avatar items can be promoted.
I think this would be an amazing feature and would allow creators to promote a lot of their best work that otherwise people wouldn’t see without the sponsors. I see no reason why this doesn’t already exist.
People who specifically create only UGC bundles, dynamic heads, or emotes would be completely unable to have their creations sponsored, which could be significantly limiting many upcoming UGC creators and/or already established creators. It would allow people who make these category of items to flourish much easier and increase visibility for all listed items.
We know that sponsoring UGC items isn’t worthwhile and will never bring a return in the short term, but having this option only for accessories doesn’t make sense. Like them, I also want to give my bundles an initial boost!
yes i 100% agree to be fair if it allowed you to immediately bring a return short term it would be absolutely broken but i absolutely agree it makes no sense not to considering you can sponsor accessories, you should be able to sponsor all ugc.
