"Allow Strong Language" can't be enabled in 18+ games

Since 17+ games have been converted to 18+, “Allow Strong Language” appears to have been disabled everywhere.

As a result, in-game chat is defaulting to a strict variant of the filter, preventing any profanity and also filtering harmless words like “frick”.

When re-enabling it in the settings, an error message reads “Profanity is only allowed to be enabled for 17+ universes.”, despite the game’s age rating exceeding this.

This is the second time profanity has been broken in a short period of time, and is negatively impacting the experience for players of these games.

Expected behavior

The “Allow Strong Language” setting should carry over to 18+ games properly. Developers should be able to enable the setting, and players should be able to use profanity in-game.
