Allow us to set LinkedSource as a GitHub URL

I’d really like to see the ability to use LinkedSource with a file that has been stored on GitHub. I find that I am often importing modules from there that I use in my projects and it would be nice to have some sort of official support.

Having an import method would be nice, but actually using it to load code in every server? eh
