Allowed to offer limited-time benefits to subscriptions?

Subscription Terms state:

Reducing a user’s active subscription benefits is a violation of our terms and may result in moderation action.

Does this prohibit us from offering time-limited benefits, especially for events, holidays, or testing purposes, if we clearly specify that the benefits are time-limited?

I guess if you perfectly state the date the subscription is avaliable, perhaps it’s ok?
It says reducing is not allowed, so if the temporary avaliability was a already a thing since the start then you are not reducing. You should probably see someone with more experience lol
