Almost all 2D clothing items deleted for no reason, unability to appeal, and systems beliving 30 days have already passed

On July 23rd, 2026, all 2D clothing asset I’ve ever uploaded, excluding classic T-Shirts, were deleted for ‘Misusing Roblox Systems’. These are the following assets impacted in order of asset deletion messages sent by Roblox:

  • MOLDMARK [+], assetID: 18168274461
  • FREEDOM [+], assetID: 18168447214
  • MOLDMARK [-], assetID: 18168300438
  • SPARKLEMARK [-], assetID: 18168291842
  • FREEDOM [-], assetID: 18168458145
  • SPARKLEMARK [+], assetID: 18168261096

All of these assets are un-appealable via the Violations & Appeals portal on the app/website, and I have to appeal via the Support page.

A strange thing I noticed is how it is listed as ‘behavior’ and not an item, with no asset ID provided. I have sent appeals for two, the first one is in the first screenshot. The appeal has yet to be responded to, it has been almost three weeks at the time of posting this. Based on the appeal message, I THINK i sent an appeal to one of the SPARKLEMARK assets. (Support Ticket ID 177214453)

My 2nd appeal, which was for asset ID 18168274461 (I assume, this is from the order of Roblox messages as there was no way to track what asset ID was appealed.), was denied for being ‘applied more than 30 days ago and can no longer be reviewed’. The moderation action was on July 23rd, 2026. Today is August 8th, 2026. It has not been 30 days. This is a big error in support. To prove that this isn’t another asset of mine that was moderated over 30 days ago that I accidentally appealed instead, the auto-reply email was sent on August 6th, at 7:17 PM EST. The appeal ID 3Gv9clnzx13c7aIJRsLQl6ONYes for the asset I appealed changed with appeal date of 7:17 PM EST. I copied and pasted my appeal message for both assets. (Support Ticket 178766677)

Another thing to point out is that the image assets tied to the clothing assets are still up and public on the platform, meaning that the image assets aren’t at fault. Below is a screenshot of the mentioned clothing on an R6 avatar:

The only partially reasonable ban reason would be for the texture being too clustered or potentially eye straining, though the image assets were never moderated and only MOLDMARK could even fit in that kind of category. The texture of these assets originate from an inside joke from the Retro Dev community.

Expected behavior

The moderation systems should not falsely take down assets without providing any reason into why, and if the moderation is valid, should take down all associated assets. Additionally, the appeal system should be accurate with dates, time, and actually help/work with the user via a human employee rather than A.I, automated responses, or lazy support agents.

I hope that these assets alongside the moderation action against my account can be revoked, though I don’t know if this is even considered an ‘appeal’.

If needed, I will appeal the other clothing assets that weren’t appealed so far.

Replying again so this is seen.

Forgot to post this here, support replied with this as a follow up to the 30 day ‘reasoning’

I sent more appeals for some of the other assets before the deadline. Support replied on August 23rd. It is now August 31st and the appealed item is still not restored.

The assets still have not be reinstated.
